The standard rate has the following cancellation conditions:
- Free up to 5 days before arrival
- 20% of the total cost if cancelled less than 7 days before arrival
- 100% of the total cost in case of no-show
The discounted rate has the following cancellation conditions:
- Offer "Best rate - 10%": Non-refundable 30% deposit.
- Offer "Long Stay -15%": Non-refundable 40% deposit.
- Offer "Advance booking -20%": Non-refundable total amount.
With our booking system, price rates rise as the rooms are gradually filled, so we recommend booking well in advance. This is also the reason why our quotes have an expiry date.
